Course Description:
A mindful and creative journey blending yoga and ceramics to inspire relaxation and artistic expression.
In this two-part class, students will begin each session with a 45-minute gentle yoga practice designed to enhance creativity and mindfulness, followed by tea and light snacks to set a calm and welcoming tone. During the first session, students will create a handmade pinch pot using simple clay techniques, adding personalized touches with underglaze. The second session will offer another yoga practice, tea, and the opportunity to pick up their finished, kiln-fired pieces.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, explore creativity, and enjoy a peaceful evening of movement and making. No prior experience in yoga or ceramics is required!

ANDREA KARPENSKI is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with additional Yin Yoga certification, deeply rooted in the St. Croix Valley. A lifelong nature enthusiast, Andrea discovered the profound connection between yoga and the outdoors in 2020, particularly through paddleboard yoga. This experience led her to explore yoga more deeply, culminating in her certification. With a 24-year background in nursing, Andrea brings a holistic approach to her teaching, emphasizing the healing aspects of yoga. Through YogaSol, she offers classes that harmoniously blend yoga practices with the natural world, guiding students to find tranquility and balance.
