Class Description:
Roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of handmade pasta! In this hands-on workshop, students will learn to shape three traditional pasta forms from scratch: Ravioli, tortellini, pappardelle. You will leave with your own fresh pasta and cooking instructions to recreate the experience at home. To top it off, we will enjoy a delicious lasagna made with house-made pasta from Fiddlehead Kitchen. No prior experience needed. Just come hungry to learn and eat!
What to Bring:
A rolling pin
Apron or dress in clothes you don’t mind getting messy
A cooking knife (some will be available for use as well)
