Class Description:
Would you like to create drawings that literally pop off the page? In this hands-on class, we aren’t just drawing—we are carving using the ancient technique of sgraffito. You will learn how to build up layers of oil pastel and then scratch to reveal the vibrant colors hidden below. This class is a bit messy, so an old t-shirt or an apron is recommended. We’ll be creating lots of little "pastel crumbs" as we scratch our way to a masterpiece!
All supplies are provided and covered by the class fee.
