Description:
This class is for anyone who wants to paint a landscape for the first time without getting overwhelmed by... painting a landscape.
We’ll work from a reference image and focus on simplifying what we see. Along the way, you’ll get a feel for composition, color, depth, and how to not get stuck trying to make everything “perfect.”
Acrylic paint is fast, fixable, and great for experimenting, so this is a good place to loosen up and try things. You’ll head home with a finished (or nearly finished) piece and a clearer idea of how to approach painting a scene on your own.
