Class Size: 18 students maximum

Ages: 18+

Non-Member Price:  $20 per session, $90 for all 6 sessions

Member Price:  $16 per session,  $80 for all 6 sessions

Each session open to all skill levels.

As the days grow shorter and the season shifts, join me for six weeks of yoga designed to help

you move, ground, and restore. We’ll begin the series with energizing, flow-based practices that

build strength and inner warmth. Each week will gently guide you toward balance and calm,

preparing mind and body for the quieter months ahead.

Our final class will invite deep rest and reflection through a soothing Yin-inspired practice with

an Autumn themed guided meditation — the perfect transition into the holiday season.

This series is for anyone seeking steadiness, renewal, and a mindful pause amid life’s changing

rhythms.

All levels of yoga experience invited to join us - including absolute beginners:

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat*

  • Yoga Blocks*

  • Water bottle

  • Small lap blanket.

*We have Extra mats/blocks to borrow.
