Spring Awakenings is a gentle, breath-led class designed to ease the body back into movement after winter. A natural follow-up to Winter Deep Release, this series invites slow, intentional reawakening, without rushing or pushing.
Classes blend soft Hatha postures and simple, flowing sequences, moving at an unhurried pace with time to pause, feel, and transition mindfully. Expect grounded standing shapes, easy joint-opening movements, and smooth, continuous motion guided by the breath. Optional light balance and gentle strength challenges may be offered, allowing each student to choose what feels supportive. Please Bring: a yoga mat, with optional blocks and a blanket for the final resting pose, as well as an optional water bottle. You’ll leave class feeling grounded, refreshed, and gently energized, a steady, supportive balance as we transition into the elemental season of wood… Spring!
Classes end with tea and conversation.
